As the new patient coordinator, I handle all new patient phone calls and correspondence, and send information to their home before their first visit. My job is to make sure all of their questions are answered and their introduction into our office is comfortable and positive! I also greet patients when they come to the office with a smile, and make sure they know when they’re supposed to visit us again!
I’m the financial and scheduling coordinator for our office. Our practice is a great place to work because we are always involved in continuing education to stay up to date on the most recent developments in orthodontics. I especially enjoy traveling to seminars! In the past few years, our team has traveled to Las Vegas for an Invisalign® summit, New York City and Chicago for Damon® courses, and we recently attended the American Association of Orthodontics Annual Meeting in Washington DC. It’s great fun and we learn a lot!
I’m an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Maull, and I love that my job involves getting to talk to great people every day! Part of my job is assisting with babies who need nasoalveolar molding, and I love getting to work with our littlest clients. I always provide care with a gentle touch, and when I get smiles in return, it makes my day!
I’m an orthodontic assistant at our practice, and I love that my job requires a lot of one-on-one time with our patients. I get to know some very amazing people and hear wonderful stories! Dr. Maull is a great doctor and a wonderful person with a big heart. She always does her best for her patients, and she is very professional. I am always learning something new from her!
I’m an orthodontic assistant. My favorite part of my job is watching the whole process from beginning to end of a patient’s treatment. I like to watch the transformation not only in their smile, but also in their persona. Most patients do not like to smile when they first come in. Once the braces come off, seeing them give me the biggest genuine smile reminds me why we do this every day.
I’m an orthodontic assistant for Dr. Maull. I introduce each patient to our office and ask them what’s going on in their life and how their families are. I love getting to know our patients on an individual basis, and I am always curious to know what sports they play or if they have recently traveled. We try to make them feel as comfortable and at home as possible.
